Due to business demands they are seeking an additional member of staff to work in their busy customer service team. * £26,000 * Based in Chessington * Free onsite parking Key Responsibilities: * Liaising with customers via telephone, email or face to face * Taking details of orders and inputting information accurately onto the inhouse database * Advising on availability of stock and delivery dates * Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with customers and colleagues * Provide and demonstrate high levels of customer service at all times Person Specification: * Previous Administration and customer service skills * Possess excellent communication Skills * Be numerate and literate * Have excellent PC Skills * Be able to work either on your own or as part of a team * Ability to act in a calm and professional manner at all times * Proactive, and positive, with a ‘can-do attitude * Have a flexible approach to work and changing circumstances * Ability to multitask Additional Information: * £26,000 - Per Annum * Working hours 08.00 – 5.00 pm Monday – Friday * 31 Days Holiday including bank holidays and the Christmas shutdown * Pens...
