We’re looking for a heavy-hitting Head of Sales and Marketing who can elevate the Acosta brand, capture the attention of key decision-makers in the FMCG sales community, and drive significant new business wins. Your role will involve strategic planning, market trend analysis, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.

Job Title : Head of Sales and Marketing
Reporting to : Group Commercial Director
Hours : 37.5 Hours per Week
Salary : Competitive
As the Head of Sales and Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Planning:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
* Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform our approach to new clients.
Collaboration and Leadership:
* Work closely with different business units within the company to lead new business and marketing efforts.
* Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on customer relationship management and results.
Market Development and Implementation:
* Lead market development activities and oversee the implementation of marketing initiatives aimed at achieving our goals.
Effective Communication:
* Create and deliver winning sales presentations.
* Lead the creation of website content, promotional material, marketing calendars, and social media strategies.
Requirements:
* 5 Years of Commercial Sales experience
* Experience within the FMCG market
* Internal & External stakeholder management experience
Strategic New Business Skills:
* Ability to identify and create a pipeline of new clients.
* Strong analytical problem-solving skills with a commercial acumen.
Collaboration and Persuasion:
* Collaborate with critical internal and external stakeholders.
* Effective sales, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
