What We're Looking For Required: Minimum of 6 months' experience as a Registered Manager in a residential or nursing home. Required: NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (with a willingness to complete Level 5). Essential: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Essential: A proactive and compassionate approach with a genuine passion for high-quality care. Essential: Full UK driving licence and the ability to commute within 30 minutes.
