Customer Service Advisor
Edenred Payment Solutions, a market leader in the payment world, is seeking a passionate and customer-centric Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team.
In this role, you will play a critical role in building positive relationships with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction by:
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat interactions.
* Effectively resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
* Identifying and understanding customer needs and exceeding their expectations.
* Proactively offering solutions and additional services to enhance the customer experience.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring adherence to company policies.
* Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

We are seeking individuals who possess the following:
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain composure under pressure.
* Strong problem-solving and resolution skills.
* High level of professionalism and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
