What you’ll do As an O2R Practitioner, you’ll work side by side with a dedicated police officer and local partners to: Reach and engage people in custody, prison and the community Support individuals into the right treatment pathway – from rehab to community support Build strong, trusting relationships that motivate change Coordinate multi agency responses to reduce reoffending Track progress, outcomes and the impact of your work This is a dynamic role where every day is different, and every conversation can change a life.
