Housekeeping Supervisor- Evenings ***luxury hotel***
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team in the evenings and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Working pattern:Evenings/ 40 hours per week
Salary: up to 31,000 per year including service charge

Key Responsibilities of a Housekeeping Supervisor:
* Checking and inspecting up to 60 rooms per shift.
* Assisting in the training of team members.
* Inputting and monitoring room status in the computer system
throughout the shift.
* Preparing and allocating Room Attendants sections and porter duties.
* Assisting in the control and issuing of keys.
* Helping in the preparation of rotas to ensure there is adequate
cover at all times.
* Directly supervising team members.
What are we looking for?
* Previous experience in
housekeeping and team supervision.
* Strong leadership and people
management skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to train, motivate, and
support team members.
* Strong organisational and time
management skills.
* Knowledge of cleaning procedures
and health & safety standards.
* Good communication and
interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle guest requests
professionally.
* Flexibility with shifts and
working hours.
