Responsibilities
* Maintaining a clean and organized work area, managing inventory, and developing new recipes.
* Operating ovens, monitoring baking times and temperatures, and adjusting as needed.
* Monitoring the Baking process, ensuring all products meet quality standards, assessing ingredients for freshness, and discarding expired items.
* Working with ingredients, measuring and creating dry mixes and monitoring ingredient levels, placing orders for supplies, and managing inventory to minimize waste.
Skills and Qualifications
* Experience in measuring and mixing ingredients, kneading dough, preparing fillings, and shaping dough.
* Baking Expertise: Strong knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and ingredients.
* Attention to Detail: Precise measurements and careful execution of recipes are essential.
