* HNC or equivalent
* Prior experience in civil engineering projects within a Document Control function
* Knowledge of requirements and management systems procedures in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
STRABAG - More Than Just a Construction Company
* Maintaining accurate records of all drawings and documents issued from suppliers and various internal departments to and from the Client
* Assisting the Document Control Manager in producing, revising, and populating the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP) or Document Tracker with all contract deliverables, including delivery durations and deadlines from the Accepted Program
* Controlling documentation by printing, reviewing, and distributing electronically via the Client’s document management system (PIMS)
* Maintaining registers for STRABAG and the Client’s distributed documents in a controlled Document Control Centre (DCC) environment
* Liaising with project disciplines to ensure documentation is submitted to the Client and suppliers accurately and on time
* Managing the submission of all documentation to the Client and suppliers, ensuring all project-specific submission requirements are met
* Raising transmittal sheets and updating the STRABAG and Client registers with each submission, filing documentation in the relevant project folders on the server
* Ensuring returned documentation from the Client with comments is issued to the originator and resubmitted promptly
* Collating information to produce various document management reports
