The Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join a long established and highly respected manufacturer specialising in monitoring and alarm solutions used across healthcare and social care environments.
You will be responsible for driving new business growth while also maintaining and developing existing relationships across local authorities and housing associations. This is a consultative sales role where you will engage with multiple stakeholders, often influencing senior decision makers and presenting technology solutions that support vulnerable individuals to live safely at home.
The role will involve managing a territory across the North of England and Scotland, working closely with partners and stakeholders to deliver long-term solutions.
Requirements:
* Experience selling into local authorities and housing associations
* Experience selling through M&E consultants and architects
* Strong relationship building and consultative sales skills
* Ability to influence stakeholders and decision makers
* Organised and self-motivated with the ability to manage a large territory

The Package:
* Basic salary £40,000 - £50,000
* £20,000 OTE
* £6,000 car allowance or salary sacrifice car scheme
* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + birthday leave
