We are a company specialising in forklift truck and manual handling training solutions throughout the British Isles.
We are looking for a office administrator to join our small friendly team in Redditch.
The role will primary involve the diary management of our training team, booking in jobs as required by our customers, producing reports, and updating and maintaining databases. You will also be expected to do more general office tasks such as dealing with post and filing.
You will be liaising with customers and our training team on a daily basis so proven customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner are essential.
The ability to input data accurately, problem solve, and juggle several tasks at once are also essential. Previous experience in scheduling and diary management would be a distinct advantage, although training will be given to the candidate who can demonstrate the above skills.
Our office uses Microsoft Office systems so you must be able to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of these systems, in particular Outlook, Excel. We also use Act data base systems.
This is a permanent, full time, office based role. You will work 37.5 hours per week. Your working hours will be, Monday to Friday. In addition, you will occasionally be required to have key holder responsibilities. You will not be required to work weekends or bank holidays.
