Job Description:

Our client is a print and mailing company experiencing significant growth. They are seeking an Account Manager to join the Client Services Team, with opportunities for rapid career advancement to Account Director for highly motivated candidates.

This role requires extensive experience in client relationship management and a thorough understanding of customer journey processes in print, direct mail, mailing fulfillment, and UK & International Postage services.


Duties & Responsibilities:

* Support the Client Services team with administration and campaign coordination, including quoting clients within 2 hours, following up on quotations, booking mailing campaigns on Tharstern MIS, managing queries, and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and Tharstern.
* Act as a key contact for clients, proactively updating them throughout campaign processes.
* Coordinate with Data, Print, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate mailing dispatches and manage client credit limits and invoice payments.
* Manage orders from quotation to invoicing, including raising invoices within 48 hours of mailing or pro-forma invoices for new business.
* Engage with existing and potential clients to grow business, under the guidance of the Account Director.
* Assist in raising quotations and follow-up calls for new business inquiries.
* Enhance client experience and support revenue and margin growth through proactive initiatives.
* Explore ways to reduce costs and maximize postage profit margins.
* Maintain and develop industry knowledge to support personal and team growth.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and business performance.


Skills & Qualifications:

* Positive team player, capable of working under pressure and contributing to a supportive team culture.
* Methodical, diligent, and accurate in multi-tasking.
* Knowledge of direct mail, mailing fulfillment, and postal services in the UK and internationally.
* Experience with Salesforce and Tharstern MIS is desirable; training will be provided.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word.
