80 + £3,000 sleep-in bonus (annual average)
31 per hour (DOE)

~ As a Children's Residential Care Worker, you'll become part of a home where your care, attention, and presence shape the lives of young people aged 8-18.
From helping with homework to playing games or asking, "How was school?", Support young people in their daily routines, including school preparation, activities, and meal times.
Create a warm, homely environment by assisting with light housekeeping tasks.
Participate in fun, meaningful activities like trips to the park, board games, or movies.
Complete essential planning and documentation.
No prior experience is needed - just a passion for helping others.
Comprehensive Induction: Two weeks of expert-led training.
