Accounts Assistant Location: Newtownabbey Company: Copius Group Employment Type: [Full-time Permanent] Copius Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure across a group of companies, managing both sales and purchase ledgers in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently Reconcile supplier statements monthly and follow up on missing invoices Process sales ledger invoices and assist with credit control duties Reconcile supplier and customer accounts Run debtor reports and issue customer statements Prepare supplier payment run reports for the Accounts Manager at month-end Complete credit card reconciliations Maintain and update multi-user spreadsheets Manage and respond to queries in the shared accounts mailbox What Were Looking For Previous experience in a similar accounts role within a busy finance department Proficiency with Sage 50 Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel essential) Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team What We Offer Competitive salary (based on experience) Opportunity to work across multiple businesses within a growing group Supportive and collaborative working environment If you would like to apply please send your CV or contact Sarah Carlile for a confidential conversation.
