About the role
The Band 3 Administrator joins the Hounslow Community Cardiorespiratory and Post‑COVID Service, supporting a specialist community team that delivers rehabilitation and self‑management programmes for patients with long‑term respiratory and cardiac conditions, and those recovering from Post‑COVID Syndrome.
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the team
* Manage referrals and coordinate patient appointments
* Maintain accurate clinical records on electronic systems
* Support waiting‑list management
* Act as a central point of contact for patients, carers and health‑care professionals
* Provide support across community settings in Hounslow, including flexibility to assist service delivery at different sites
Qualifications & requirements
* Previous administrative experience, ideally within a healthcare or community setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Confidence in using digital systems and Microsoft Office applications
* Attention to detail, ability to prioritise workload, and commitment to confidentiality and patient safety
