Who we’re looking for
* 4+ PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with strong experience in Court of Protection work
* Confident managing a caseload independently (property and affairs focus)
* Knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and relevant case law
* A team player with excellent communication and client care skills
* Experience supervising junior colleagues would be a bonus
* BD experience or desire to build the team is welcomed, but not essential
