Finance Business Partner | High-Growth, PE-Backed Real Estate | London
Location: Central London: 4 days office 1 day from home
Salary: £65,000–£70,000 + bonus + excellent benefits
We are working with a high-growth, PE-backed business operating in the flexible workspace / real estate sector, currently undergoing a period of transformation and expansion.
They are looking to hire a Finance Business Partner to join their London-based team, working closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance, cost control, and commercial insight across the business.
The Role
This is a key role bridging finance and operations, with strong exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to influence decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Partnering with department heads and senior stakeholders to provide financial insight and support decision-making
* Delivering monthly performance reporting, analysing variances vs budget/forecast
* Driving cost control and identifying efficiency opportunities across the business
* Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, including building bottom-up models
* Working closely with FP&A, management accounts, and procurement teams to ensure alignment
* Providing ad hoc analysis and insight to support strategic initiatives
About You
* Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 2-4 years industry experience
* Strong experience in finance business partnering / commercial finance
* Proven ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders
* Strong Excel skills and data analysis capability
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate financials into clear insights
