Provide Equipment Hub is looking for a proactive and customer‑focused Logistics Support Officer to help deliver an efficient, responsive community equipment service.
This is a varied and hands‑on role combining scheduling, customer liaison, operational support, fleet coordination, and occasional delivery and installation work.
Responsibilities
* Co‑ordinate daily logistics activity with the Logistics Supervisor, drivers, technicians, prescribers and customers.
* Schedule, prioritise urgent requests and manage delivery and installation tasks.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with service, safety and regulatory standards.
* Support high standards of customer service and coordinate fleet operations.
* Assist vulnerable clients in receiving equipment and support when required.
