IT Support Analyst (ERP) - Harrogate, On Site£30,000-£40,000A well established and rapidly growing manufacturing client is seeking an ERP & IT Support Analyst to support the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of business-critical systems across manufacturing, warehousing, and office environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1st and 2nd line IT support across manufacturing, warehouse, and office teamsTroubleshoot hardware, software, network, and user-related issuesSupport and maintain ERP, MES, warehouse management, and operational systemsAssist with ERP upgrades, implementations, and future system developmentsSupport shop-floor technology including scanners, printers, and production line systemsWork closely with production and warehouse teams to minimise operational downtimeManage user accounts, permissions, and system access controlsCoordinate with third-party suppliers and support providersMaintain IT documentation, asset registers, and support proceduresSupport IT security, backups, and disaster recovery processesRequired Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience within an IT Support or ERP Support roleStrong ERP systems support experience within manufacturing or warehousing environmentsExperience supporting production, warehouse, or operational technologiesGood understanding of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentalsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced manufacturing environmentExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical usersHands-on, proactive approach with a willingness to learn and developDesirable SkillsExperience with ERP platformsManufacturing execution systems (MES) or warehouse systems experienceExposure to IT infrastructure and operational technology environmentsPackageEnhanced pension and life insuranceGym membership and wellbeing supportCycle to work schemeEnhanced maternity and paternity benefitsFree parking and on-site facilitiesLong-term development opportunities within a growing business
