About the Role:
Our client is currently seeking a skilled and reliable multi-Trader to join their growing team in London. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of trade skills and experience working on residential and/or commercial projects
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform a variety of trade tasks including carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating, tiling, plastering, and basic electrical work.
2. Carry out reactive and planned maintenance works.
3. Complete work to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.
4. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on all jobs.
5. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements:
6. Proven experience as a multi-Trader or similar role.
7. Skilled in at least 3 core trades (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, painting, tiling, etc.).
8. Own tools preferred.
9. Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
