The Role You will manage a varied caseload of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, business sales, restructures, shareholder agreements, and banking and finance transactions. Working closely with experienced partners, you'll have the autonomy to run your own files while contributing to larger, more complex transactions. There is a strong emphasis on client care and building lasting relationships, along with opportunities to take an active role in business development and the growth of the team.
