This hybrid role combines office-based leadership, site engagement, and operational oversight in a fast-paced service environment.
What You Will Do
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of HVAC&R engineers
* Plan and allocate resources to meet service-level agreements and customer requirements
* Ensure Health & Safety compliance, including RAMS and PPE standards
* Review and approve remedial repair quotations to protect margins
* Oversee tools, equipment, calibration, and PAT testing
* Balance operational, commercial, and customer priorities
* Drive continuous improvement and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
* Proven experience in the HVAC&R industry (commercial or industrial)
* Previous experience leading or supervising field-based teams
* Strong Health & Safety knowledge (IOSH desirable)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Confident using IT systems including Microsoft Office and mobile devices
* Ability to work flexibly across office, site, and remote settings
