Summary
The candidate will work with experienced staff, shadowing one or multiple colleagues. The objective is for the apprentice to gain the skillset required for the role they are shadowing. The training process will blend academic studies with on-the-job experience, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the required skills and knowledge.

Most of your apprenticeship is spent working. You’ll learn on the job by getting hands-on experience.
What you'll do at work
* Shadowing of experienced staff members in a variety of roles cover both mechanical and electrical expects of engineering
* Production of own sheet plastic from a high quantity of food-grade post-consumer recycled (PCR) polymers
* Manufacturing of a wide range of off-the-shelf and bespoke injection moulded packs
