This role offers a unique opportunity to work across high-spec industry and academic test facilities, combining hands-on technical execution with high-level data analysis. The Role at a Glance Location: Dual-site support (Stamford & University of Nottingham test facilities) Duration: Initial 12 months (potential for extension) Working Pattern: Hybrid - up to 5 days on-site during active test periods PAYE Rate: £16.41 - £28.21 per hour (DOE) Your Impact As the key interface between the design team and the test facility, you will ensure the seamless validation of Electrical Powertrain systems (PE + MG). Your day-to-day will involve: Test Management: Leading daily test cell activities, including setup, instrumentation, and execution of complex test requests. Problem Solving: Investigating system failures, identifying root causes through Fault Tree Analysis, and owning resolutions to closure.
