Role & Responsibilities:
* To
ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the up most
hospitality and care during their stay with us – we aim to provide an
unforgettable experience
* To ensure stock control with the maintenance department
* Timely completion of maintenance to ensure product quality
* Completion and maintenance of fire log book
* Record keeping of room maintenance
* Maintaining high standards of outside areas, public areas,
guest bedrooms and ground maintenance
* To follow all hotel policies
* To ensure good working relationship with all
other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel.
* To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire
Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
* All other duties as required
