As they continue strengthening their footprint across the UK and Europe, they are seeking a strategic Senior Account Manager to support and accelerate this growth. Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Account Manager with a strong background in womenswear manufacturing and a proven ability to maximise business within their accounts. This role is central to expanding the company’s client base, building a healthy sales pipeline, and establishing strong, long-term buyer relationships. However being on the "pulse" with young fashion trends is key, they aren't looking for an account manger who just services, they want somebody passionate, up on trends when it comes to young women's fashion. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Developing and executing a structured account management strategy with current customers. Build, nurture, and grow relationships with buyers, sourcing teams, and key retail stakeholders. Proactively secure meetings and successfully convert opportunities into revenue. Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, terms, and commission arrangements. Partner closely with internal product development and production teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery. Stay current with market movements, competitor activity, and category trends to guide strategic decisions. Requirements (Must-Haves) Extensive and experience in a womenswear manufacturing Account Management role, with a demonstrable record of upselling. Ideally worked with very much the young fashion market, working currently with retails such as Zara are of great interest Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills. Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of working autonomously. Willingness to travel across the UK when needed.
