Customer Service Advisor – Temporary Role (Potential for Permanent Contract)
Location: Motherwell
Shifts: Rota basis, Monday–Saturday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and Sunday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour
People Solutions are urgently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of a well-established client in Motherwell.
This is an initial 12-week temporary role with the potential to lead to a permanent contract for the right person.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent customer service via, email, and live chat
* Handle queries, provide information, and resolve complaints
* Achieve individual and team performance targets
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth resolutions
* Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
Essential Skills
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Previous customer service experience (retail, call centre, or similar)
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
* Ability to multi-task and remain organised in a busy environment
* Flexible to work across all shifts including weekends
* Positive, proactive attitude
Desirable Experience
* Contact centre or call handling background
* Experience in high-volume customer service roles
Training and Support
* Full training will be provided, with ongoing support throughout the assignment
