Systems and Solutions Manager — Full Time, 37 hours per week
Grade 10, £39,152 to £40,777 per annum.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with the necessary ICT skills to work as part of our busy Environmental Health Team, managing a small team that supports the delivery of business inspections, licensing applications, and service requests from the public. As we configure and roll out a new computer database, you will be the lead ICT officer shaping our future service delivery.
Responsibilities
* Deliver information technology systems-based business support to the Environmental Health and Housing Standards and Improvement Departments.
* Manage a small Business Support Team, providing database and related support.
* Act as the lead officer and administrator for our database systems and technical management.
* Lead the configuration and rollout of the new computer database and shape future service delivery.
* Support delivery of inspections, licensing applications, and service requests from the public as part of the Environmental Health Team.
Qualifications and Skills
* Excellent ICT skills, knowledge of programming languages and operating systems; ability to communicate technical and strategic concepts to a wide range of technical and non-technical audiences.
* Experience of managing and developing computer databases, as well as experience in delivering and designing IT solutions.
