Duties entail:
Coordinating and delivering regional and cross-regional events to boost attendance and engagement
Managing member communications with consistent branding and messaging
Contacting members to highlight membership value and improve retention
Handling member queries via phone and email with professionalism and care
Representing the organisation at exhibitions and events across the UK
Reconciling regional accounts with the Finance team
Supporting wider organisational tasks as needed
About you:
Experience in a customer-focused role with a commitment to high service standards
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication—written, verbal, and face-to-face
Previous experience in event management
Confidence using digital platforms
Familiarity with social media for communication and monitoring
A professional and personable approach with colleagues and stakeholders
