At one of the UK's fastest-growing used car supermarkets, opportunity is waiting. With over 550 vehicles on-site and a constant flow of appointments generated by our telesales and digital teams, our Hinckley branch is full of energy - and we're looking for a driven Sales Executive to match it.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Giving customers a warm welcome and guiding them through their showroom journey
* Listening carefully to understand customer needs and recommending the perfect vehicle
* Arranging test drives and introducing value-added products and services
* Delivering exceptional service from first hello to final handshake
* Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
What You'll Bring:
* Previous face-to-face sales experience, ideally in automotive or retail
* Motivation, energy, and a results-driven attitude
* Confident communication and negotiation skills
* A professional, customer-focused approach and attention to detail
* Team spirit with a polished, presentable appearance
* A full UK driving licence
* FCA accreditation (or willingness to complete training)
