They are looking for someone with proven leadership and risk management experience who can champion safety across multiple high-profile construction projects. You’ll be the trusted advisor ensuring standards are not only met but exceeded — keeping people safe and projects moving. What You’ll Be Doing: * Leading site inspections and audits, making sure safety always comes first. * Reviewing and improving risk assessments and method statements. * Investigating incidents and implementing corrective measures. * Coaching project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to build a strong safety culture. * Supporting training delivery, toolbox talks, and safety briefings. * Helping maintain industry-leading accreditations (ISO45001, RoSPA, etc.). What they are looking for: * NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health & Safety (or equivalent). Essential * Tech IOSH membership (or working towards). Essential * SMSTS qualification. * First Aid at Work certificate. * A full UK driving licence. * Previous construction or engineering leadership experience — military background highly valued.
