You may be in an 'internal facing' role within an organisation currently within the manufacturing, engineering and / or the logistics & distribution and are looking to apply your industry knowledge to other businesses in the same sector Why this is a great opportunity You will foster collaborative relationships with small-to-medium business owners and you will seethe tangible impact and improvement that your advice has had intheir organisation/s You will be working with a well-established business, with over 25 years of trading and healthy organic growth. The company will proactively support you with CPD/Qualifications and your professional memberships. What you will be doing: Initially being enrolled in the business's thoroughinduction period to ensure that you are comfortable and confident in carrying out your role. Shadowing teammates to understand how they operate and what your role will look like in the future. Gradually taking responsibility for building relationships with clients and visiting them at their premises around the South East of England. Supporting client businesses mostly within industrial sectors and providing them with a bespoke service to help them improve the welfare and safety of their employees Carrying out audits/risk assessments of client sites. Educating clients that may have little to zero experience of managing safety on how they can adapt their workspaces and practices to ensure safe operating in the future. What you will need: NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent H&S qualification as a minimum Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across multiple sites around England Willingness to stay overnight when required (approx once a month) Interested?
