Known for creating innovative and inspiring workspaces, the business operates through a strong network of dealers to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional service to a wide client base.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join their flagship Clerkenwell showroom and play a key role in driving sales performance and client engagement.
The Role
* Engage with clients to understand their workspace and furniture requirements
* Present tailored, design-led solutions aligned to client needs
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and dealer partners
* Generate new business opportunities and manage incoming leads
* Negotiate and close sales agreements to achieve and exceed targets
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver innovative solutions
* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey
About You
* Proven experience in a sales consultancy role with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
* Excellent client-facing skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
* Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
* Commercially driven with the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities
* Experience within the office furniture or workplace design sector would be highly advantageous
