We’re looking for an Organisational Development Business Partner who operates as a trusted partner — someone who understands the business, asks the right questions, and uses learning and development to add real value.
The role
You’ll work closely with People Business Partners, managers and senior leaders to:
* Identify organisational and team development needs aligned to business priorities
* Design and deliver targeted learning solutions that support performance, compliance and service delivery
* Contribute OD insight to workforce planning, talent and change activity
* Build strong relationships that influence how capability is developed across the organisation
* This is a visible, outward-facing role with genuine scope to shape thinking and decisions.
About you
You bring credibility, curiosity and a practical, business-focused mindset. You’re comfortable partnering with stakeholders, translating organisational needs into development solutions, and facilitating learning with confidence.
Train-the-Trainer training will be provided, so we’re as interested in your potential and approach as your current experience.
