Group Financial Controller | London | PE Backed Ad-Tech | £160,000 - £180,000 + Package
Goodman Masson are partnering with a market-leading Technology business on their search for a new Group Financial Controller.
With a number of further acquisitions in the pipeline, the business will look to exit its current PE investor over the next few years and as such is looking for a high calibre Group Financial Controller/Director who will bring rigour and structure to the finance function and help professionalise the business further leading up to the exit and through its next investment lifecycle.
As a business partner to senior leadership, you will have responsibility for all financial matters relating to the business including bank relationships, interface with the PE investor, recruitment, development and retention of the appropriate resource within the finance team. Reports to a highly impressive CFO.
This role will manage the businesses financial reporting, group consolidation, tax, transformation and M&A/corporate development teams. You will also play a vital role in technical accounting support, strategy development and commercial input on sales and marketing initiatives, as well as developing robust financial models to allow the business to operate at its optimum efficiency.
We are looking for a highly ambitious, technically sound, qualified accountant with experience of operating as a hands on Group Financial Controller, ideally with TMT experience but open.
Candidates must be ACA trained, have experience working under PE ownership/backing and have strong M&A experience. These requirements are non-negotiable.
