* Main Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily operations in the NDT inspection area(s) assigned, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
* Set up and maintain NDT equipment, conducting in-service control checks to ensure operational readiness.
* Carry out NDT inspections on newly manufactured and in-service components across a variety of products, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
* Fully comply with all relevant regulatory agency, customer, and company policies, procedures, and processes during inspections.
* Execute tasks professionally with a strong emphasis on the safety of both products and personnel.
* Interpret and evaluate inspection results against established customer specifications, procedures, and codes.
* Develop and document inspection techniques that meet customer requirements and adhere to relevant codes.
* Maintain accurate technical records of NDT inspections and related activities.
* Train and mentor Level 1 trainees under the supervision of the responsible Level 3 technician, promoting a culture of professionalism and precision.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
* Certification: Possession of EN4179 certification is essential.
* Level 2 qualification in Magnetic Particle and Fluid Penetrant Inspection methods.
* Basic understanding of EASA, CAA, and FAA requirements is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
* Highly proficient in the use of MS Office and business systems and procedures.
