JOB TITLE: Apprenticeship Trainer Assessor - EngineeringLOCATION: Kings Lynn/WisbechHOURS: 37 hours per weekSALARY: £31,904 - £40,233 per annum(progression through the scale is dependent on gaining teaching qualifications and undertaking teaching duties as required)Due to the continued growth and success of our electrical provision we are looking to appoint to the new role. This role involves working with both apprentices and learners on other courses through practical, classroom and hands on delivery.Apprenticeship Trainer Assessors work closely with our apprentices, their employers and their colleagues to ensure that our apprentices thrive. These roles include assessments, reviews, site visits and an element of teaching.The successful applicant will need to have a Level 3 Engineering qualification which is essential and industry experience. You must be able to gain, or already hold, an assessing qualification.We pride ourselves on our approach to the work life balance of our team and actively support job share and flexible working opportunities. Please note that your point on the salary scale will be determined based on both experience and teaching qualifications. Appointments will not normally be made at point 10 or above (£34,687.01 FTE) without a level 5 teaching qualification and experience.We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England.
