Project Manager - Care Home Project ?? York | ?? 11-Month Contract
Linsco Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a three-storey traditional build care home in York. The project is currently at first floor stage with approximately 11 months remaining until completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Full responsibility for project delivery from current stage through to completion.
Managing and coordinating the site management team and subcontractors.
Overseeing programme, cost, quality, and H&S compliance.
Acting as main point of contact for the client, design team, and stakeholders.
Driving progress meetings, reporting, and ensuring milestones are achieved.
Requirements:
SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS (essential).
Strong track record of managing traditional build projects (care homes, residential, or similar).
Excellent commercial awareness and programme management skills.
Proven leadership with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
