What you need to know
1. Hours: 10 hours per week, including evening and weekend working.
2. Contract type: Permanent
3. Pay details: The listed salary is for a full-time role. The hourly rate is £16.98 per hour rising to £19.13, plus any allowances for working evenings and weekends.
4. Location: Refresh Spa at Emirates Arena, which offers free on-site parking and excellent public transport links.
What you’ll do
As a Spa Manager, you’ll be joining an established team. Working closely with our existing part-time manager, you will co-lead our talented team, overseeing the daily operations of the spa, ensuring excellence in service delivery and team performance.
Key responsibilities include:
5. Overseeing the daily management of Refresh Spa, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction
6. Leading on therapist training and assessment, ensuring staff meet professional standards and deliver excellent treatments
7. Managing shift rotas, scheduling, and staff absence, ensuring adequate cover at all times
8. Supervising spa professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to enhance performance
9. Allocating duties within the team to ensure work meets high standards and complies with Health & Safety regulations
10. Monitoring financial performance, including income, expenditure, stock levels, and usage, to ensure targets are met
11. Promoting spa products and packages to maximise business opportunities
12. Collaborating with marketing to generate content for social media and promotional campaigns
13. Providing exceptional customer service and responding to enquiries professionally
