IT Service Desk Analyst – £30,000 + Training & Progression Marlborough (on-site, 5 days per week) Full-time, Permanent I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a growing and well-established IT services provider based in Marlborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic IT Service Desk Analyst to join a supportive, close-knit team delivering 1st and 2nd line support to a range of local SME clients. The Opportunity This is a hands-on helpdesk role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, resolving technical issues across hardware, software, networks, and cloud platforms. You'll be working from a modern office in Marlborough, Monday to Friday, supporting a varied and friendly customer base across sectors.
