Duties
* Managing residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
* Delivering exceptional client care throughout the process
* Supporting the wider team with complex workloads
* Supervising and mentoring junior team members
* Sharing ideas for process improvements and embracing new technology
* Attending networking events to build professional relationships and support business growth
Qualifications
* 4-5 years post‑qualification experience in Residential Conveyancing
* Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confident managing your own caseload and working under pressure
* A proactive, collaborative approach
* A professional, friendly manner and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team
