? What We’re Looking For:
GMC registration with a license to practice
CCT in General Adult or Forensic Psychiatry
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Consultant Psychiatrist
Proven leadership within multidisciplinary teams
Strong knowledge of contemporary mental health practices, legislation, and positive
Experience in rehabilitation or complex mental health care settings

* Acting as the Responsible Clinician for adult mental health patients
* Leading and collaborating with experienced multidisciplinary teams
* Supporting service users through recovery-focused, evidence-based interventions
* Driving innovation and service improvement in a supportive environment
