About the Role
As our Care Team Leader (Nights), you’ll manage and oversee the shift by leading and motivating the team, managing daily records, and assisting with care plans. You’ll provide personal care to residents, supporting them with bathing. Your warm, supportive, and caring nature will help you build meaningful relationships with our residents and you will get to know everything about their likes and dislikes as well as their needs.
* Must have the ability to effectively supervise and manage care staff
* Follow electronic care plans for each resident and administer medication as prescribed, accurately maintaining appropriate records
* Must be alert at all times to residents’ physical and mental well‑being
* Help maintain high standards ensuring residents’ home is always clean and safe
