 
        
        About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to work as part of a team who will provide a support service to Home Carers working to support vulnerable people living in the community Council wide. This includes scheduling and allocation of work.
Responsibilities
 * Schedule and allocate work for Home Carers.
 * Use IT programmes and maintain accurate records.
 * Provide support service and continuous improvement for the Service and the Organisation.
Shift Pattern
In accordance with a rotational roster, you will work over a four‑week shift pattern:
 * Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Day shift 6:30 am – 3:30 pm)
 * Week 2 – Wednesday, Thursday (Day shift 7 am – 4 pm office based)
 * Week 3 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday (Back‑shift 3 pm – 11 pm)
 * Week 4 – Wednesday, Thursday (Back‑shift 3 pm – 11 pm)
When not in the office you will work from home.
Salary & Location
Permanent, 26.25 hours per week. Salary £21,255 – £21,556. Location: Brandon Gate, Hamilton.
