What You’ll Do
Oversee day-to-day office operations and administration
Support property managers with scheduling, documentation, and client communication
Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures
Help foster a positive, productive working environmentWhat We’re Looking For
Previous experience in office management or administration
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
Familiarity with property management (a plus, but not essential)
Comfortable with digital tools and office softwareHours & Salary
Part-time: 30 or 35 hours per week (flexible scheduling available)
Salary: Pro rata £30,000 per annum
