We’re looking for a bilingual Technical Talent Manager (Fluent French & English) to support our client in attracting, assessing, and hiring great people—quickly and thoughtfully. You’ll partner with leaders to deliver an excellent candidate experience. Responsibilities: * Identify hiring needs, define search requirements, and match candidates to roles where they’ll thrive. * Build and execute staffing strategies to deliver qualified, diverse pipelines. * Source passive talent through networking, direct outreach, and market mapping. * Assess skills, run a professional, efficient interview process, and manage offers (references, salary recommendations, negotiation, and close). * Communicate clearly with hiring managers and interview teams; ensure interview readiness and alignment at all levels. * Champion a great candidate experience and continuously improve recruitment processes. Experience: * Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent * Strong engineering/technical recruiting experience * Fluent French and English (written and spoken). * Proven experience partnering managers and interview teams throughout the hire lifecycle. * Up-to-date knowledge of recruiting tools, practices, and techniques. * Self-directed, persistent, and motivated with a strong sense of urgency. * High attention to detail and follow-through. * Results-driven, commercially aware, and well-organized Bluestream People is committed to being an Equal Opportunities Employer.
