Permanent | Full-Time | September Start
A welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in Rochester is seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their team on a permanent basis from September.
About the Role
As Year 3 Teacher, you will take full classroom responsibility, delivering engaging and well-sequenced lessons in line with the National Curriculum. You will create a structured and inclusive learning environment where pupils feel motivated to achieve their best.
Key responsibilities include:
* Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons
* Supporting progress across English, Maths and the wider curriculum
* Using assessment effectively to inform teaching
* Promoting positive behaviour and high expectations
* Working collaboratively with colleagues and parents
The Ideal Candidate
Applicants must:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have a recognised Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher qualification
* Hold GCSEs in English, Maths and Science (Grade 4/C or above) or recognised equivalents
* Demonstrate secure knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum
* Show strong classroom management and organisational skills
