Job title - Key Account Manager
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a key role in representing the company both commercially and technically. You will manage a defined customer portfolio within your sales region, applying your expertise across various product segments. This position reports directly to the Strategic Accounts Lead.
Take charge of key projects, ensuring their progress and success.
Build strong networks with C-suite executives and purchasing groups at leading hospitals.
Contribute to the development and execution of new product offerings and commercial strategies.
Act as a company ambassador at industry events and with key clients, strengthening the brand’s position in the market.
Oversee the full customer journey from pre-sales to post-sales, ensuring seamless cross-departmental collaboration and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
