Our client is on the lookout for a Personal Assistant who can be the right-hand support both Directors. What we need from you: Minimum of 2-3 years experience working in a role as a PA to Directors, or another similar senior office-based role Experience in property management or executive support (desirable but not essential) Proficient in MS Office Excel, Outlook and Word Highly organised with excellent time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think ahead and act independently Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with varied responsibilities Attention to detail with a proactive and can-do approach Good literacy and numeracy skills, qualifications equivalent to GCSEs Relevant qualifications will be considered What the role involves: Oversee and manage the Directors property portfolio, including liaising with agents, contractors, tenants, and service providers Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments as required Manage property-related documentation, contracts, and compliance requirements Provide executive-level personal support to the Directors, including diary management, travel arrangements, and scheduling Handle ad hoc projects, research tasks, and problem-solving assignments on behalf of the Directors Build and maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers Support the Directors with personal errands, household matters, and other day-to-day needs to ensure smooth running of both professional and personal affairs Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Salary: £25,000 - £33,000 per year (pro rata for part time), depending on experience. Hours: Working full time or part time 20-27 hours per week flexible, days and hours to be discussed at interview stage.
