An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Bladder & Bowel team. The candidate should have an interest in uro-gynaecology, urology, gastroenterology and neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities
 * Develop your clinical skills to an advanced level to progress your career.
 * Work independently and autonomously throughout East & North Herts and manage your own caseload of complex patients.
 * Support Community Teams with complex patient care and liaise with GPs and secondary care to progress appropriate treatment management.
 * Provide consultations in clinics, patient’s homes and residential homes.
 * Plan and participate in the delivery of ongoing evidence-based education programmes and information packages for intermediate care professionals.
 * Collaborate with intermediate care teams and primary care to provide expertise for complex patients.
 * Work autonomously within the multidisciplinary setting across Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust Services and liaise with primary and secondary care.
Qualifications
 * Interest in uro-gynaecology, urology, gastroenterology and neurological conditions.
 * Clinical competence to work autonomously with complex patients.
 * Experience in community nursing settings (preferred).
 * Strong communication and liaison skills with primary and secondary care.
