A well-known employer in Bristol, our client is growing to meet client needs forernance advisory and managed services in the UK and across the globe, and as a result is looking for a corporateernancepany secretarial professional at the Senior Consultant level to join their UK Corporateernance team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at a time of growth and transformation. This role will be based in Bristol however there is the opportunity for a mixture of both home and office working, therefore it is anticipated that you will live withinmutable distance of Bristol (the team work in a hybrid manner, typically doing 3 days in the office and 2 at home). Your new role
Our client has established a team ofpany secretarial and corporateernance specialists who provide clients with a broad range ofernance advisory and managed services both in the UK and globally. As a result of growth and several client/project wins, they are looking for candidates to support the delivery of UK Managed Service client engagements, primarily focusing on listed plc clients.
You will support the delivery ofernance advisory and managed service client engagements, advise domestic and international clients on UK listing requirements,pliance,ernance and transaction related matters and establish and maintain client relationships. You will supervise and coach junior members of the team, develop and maintain subject matter technical knowledge and service delivery templates, processes, tools and materials. You will support business development and client relationship management activities and contribute to a variety of projects and initiatives as and when required.
What you’ll need to succeed
Our client is looking for candidates with at least three years of previouspany secretarial and corporateernance experience within professional services or industry, ideally within or for listedpanies. Experience of working in a Professional Services environment would be beneficial but is not essential; many of the team have an in-house background.
All interested candidates must have the drive and enthusiasm to pursue a career withinpany secretarial work and develop a wide range of UKpliance,ernance and transaction related knowledge and experience.
You might be a Member of the CGI/ICSA: Theernance Institute, however this is not a pre-requisite and our client is keen to hear from candidates with sufficient qualifying experience.
